Privacy Policy

Rez7 Real Estate Media ("Rez7", "we") collects only what we need to book, shoot and deliver your listing media, and we never sell your information.
What we collect

| You create a client account | Your name, email and password (or your Google sign-in). Passwords are handled by our account provider; we never see them. |
| You track a shoot | The tracking number and email you enter, used only to find your shoot. |
| You leave a review | Your rating, your comments and whether we may show them on our website. |
| You join the Rez7 Market launch list | Your email and the products in your cart. |
| You use the booking page | Which steps of the booking page were opened, with a random visit code. This is not tied to your name or contact details; we use it to find steps that are confusing. |
| You list a property | When a new listing is published without photos, we may note the listing agent's business contact details shown publicly on the listing so we can offer our services. |
We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. If you pay online in the future, payment details go directly to the payment processor.
How we use it
- To schedule your shoot, get into the property, and contact you about it by phone, text or email.
- To deliver your media and keep a page for each shoot in your client portal.
- To send emails about your shoot: request received, scheduled, time changes, the day-before reminder, delivery and cancellation.
- A few days after delivery, to ask how the shoot went, and from time to time to remind you we are ready for your next listing. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link.
- To keep business records, improve the website, and protect the site from misuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers who handle it only to run our services:
- Supabase: our database and client accounts.
- Netlify: website hosting.
- Resend: sends our emails.
- Photon (Komoot): address suggestions. Only the address text you type is sent.
- Dropbox or Google Drive: where your finished media is stored for download.
- Photographers on our team: the details they need to complete your shoot.
We may also share information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
Cookies and storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores a few things for you: your sign-in, your progress on the booking page (so you can pick up where you left off) and your Rez7 Market cart. You can clear these at any time in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records as long as we need them for the shoot, your client portal and our business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your account and personal information at any time; we will keep only what the law requires.
Security
Your information is stored with access limited to the Rez7 team. Shoot pages use private links that are hard to guess; please do not share yours publicly. Never send lockbox or door codes through the website notes; we collect those by text.
Your choices
- Ask what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it.
- Unsubscribe from review and reminder emails with the link in any of them. Emails about a shoot you booked still go out.
- Ask us to stop contacting you about future listings. We will mark you as do not contact.
Children
Our services are for real estate professionals and property owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
