Terms of Service

Effective October 9, 2026

These terms cover shoots booked with Rez7 Real Estate Media ("Rez7", "we") and templates from the Rez7 Market. By booking a shoot or buying a template, you agree to them.

Cancel or reschedule

Weather

• Interior photos go ahead in almost any weather.
• If rain, snow, high wind or very poor light would hurt the exterior photos, drone, video or twilight, we reschedule those parts at no charge. We can shoot and deliver the interiors first if you need them.
• Drone flights follow FAA rules. If weather or an airspace restriction keeps the drone on the ground and we cannot reschedule in time for you, the drone add-on is not charged.

Booking and prices

• A booking is a request until we confirm the date and time with you.
• Prices on the website are estimates based on the size and options you choose. If the home is in a different size range than booked, we adjust the price to the right package and tell you before the shoot when we can.
• Shoots more than 25 miles from Louisville may include a travel fee, shown when you book. Luxury homes and shoots over 50 miles are quoted separately.
• Payment is due when your media is delivered, by the method on your invoice.

Getting the home ready

• You confirm that you have the owner's or occupant's permission for us to enter and photograph the property.
• Please have the home clean, lights working and personal items put away. We photograph the home as we find it; we do not move furniture or remove items.
• Send lockbox or door codes by text, never in the website notes.

Delivery

• Media is usually delivered within 24 hours of the shoot, or the same day with Same Day Rush Delivery. Weather, very large homes and video can take longer; we will tell you if they do.
• We deliver a download link (Dropbox or Google Drive) on your private shoot page and by email. Download your files promptly; we may remove links after 90 days.
• If something needs fixing, tell us within 7 days and we will make reasonable corrections at no charge.

Using your media

• Rez7 keeps the copyright in the photos, video, floor plans and edits we make.
• You may use them to market the property and your own services: the MLS, listing websites, social media, print, and your portfolio.
• Please do not sell or hand the media to others (for example builders, stagers, other agents or future listings of the same home) without asking us first. We are usually glad to say yes.
• Virtual twilight and sky replacement are digital edits. Follow your MLS's rules for disclosing enhanced photos.
• We may show the media in our portfolio and marketing. We never show anything that identifies the occupants.

Rez7 Market templates

• Templates are digital downloads. Each purchase is licensed to one agent or one team for their own business; please do not resell or share the files.
• Because files are delivered instantly, purchases are not refundable. If a file does not work, contact us and we will help.
• Templates are marketing and organizing tools, not legal, tax or financial advice. Check your state's requirements and your brokerage's policies before using them.

Our responsibility

We take care with every shoot. If something goes wrong, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that shoot. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, access problems or events outside our control.

Other terms

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. If we change them, we will update the date at the top of this page; the terms in place when you booked apply to that shoot. See also our Privacy Policy.
